WORKSHOPS
CARDBOARD ROBOTS
During the summer I worked with children aged 7-8 on a project I designed called 'Cardboard Robots'. The idea was to make a robot from various pieces of cardboard and recycled materials making it a sustainable project and something they could be inspired to do at home. I asked the children to make sketches of their robot before building it in 3D.

I had created my own robot as an example for the class as it was a visual project and the children worked well with prompts. It was great to see all the different interpretations of robots.

I chose to create robots because they have lots of different shapes, sized, buttons and functions, the children could really use their imagination to create something personalised.

DEER SHED FESTIVAL
Lino Printing workshop

During the summer of 2025, I was invited to do two Lino printing workshops at Deer Shed Festival. I brought print examples and taught various age groups how to create a Lino print. Despite originally being booked for a group of ten then fourteen, I had five more people join the second class. It was a positive experience that helped my confidence in presenting.
